Slackin' (Day 17 of 20)

I don't really know why, but I have left my workout until 1 a.m. I haven't tracked my calories yet either, but I shall do that after I am done with Red Hot Core. Seriously just slacked today. The thought crossed my mind when I woke up to get my yoga in early again, but for some reason I just really didn't want to. Maybe the fact that I am a little sore for some reason might have had something to do with it.

Really short post. Seriously I have no idea where the past 2 hours have gone. Just going to do Red Hot Core. Not what I had planned, but don't have a lot of energy for anything else. Ate horribly today as well. Need to get my crap together. I don't I could stand a gain on Friday!

    1. Thanks! I'm glad it's almost over,but I know I'm going to keep having to do challenges. It's a good way to make sure I actually do my exercise!
