Labor Day (Day 16 of 20)

You would be so proud of me! Check it: I actually got my yoga in first thing as I got up today! Small victory for me and to be honest I am so glad I am not sitting hree right now dreading on getting up and doing it. Love getting it done earlier in the day. Makes you wonder why I don't do it more often...

We ended up not playing volleyball today. I played bean bag toss or whatever you want to call it. Apparently in Wisconsin it's called cornhole, but that always sounds perverted to me. So a little arm exercise there, but I only played two things of it, cause I sort of suck. Ate a lot at dinner. Could have eaten less, but I've eaten way more in the past so I actually feel okay about that.

Haven't calculated all the calories for today, but I'm sure I went over a bit. I'm not stressing it though. I know I've been doing better and I will do better tomorrow. Oh and for yoga I did Fatburner!

That's about it, going to make it a short one! Is anyone else feeling a lack of energy of late or is that just me?
