Penultimate (Day 19 of 20)

Almost there and the closer I get the lazier I get. I know doing yoga the past 19 days doesn't make me lazy, but I'm steadily getting more reluctant to do yoga and I'm back to doing the easier ones, even though I had actually planned on doing the longer workouts and really doing well this week. I don't like this week so I really wanted to kick it's butt, but it seems to have a bigger bite than I do these days.

Case in point: I'm going to do Red Hot Core. I don't even care. Oh and I've gained this week. I'm going to do the official weigh-in tomorrow since it's the end of the challenge. It just sucks I wanted to lose weight these 20 days and I've actually managed to gain. Well, it's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it. I'm going to do yoga tomorrow anyway and finish my challenge and then I'm not going to give a shit the rest of the day (although I do have a good excuse). Still tracking though! My goal is to really stick to my calories next week!!!

Not going to let this get me too down, even though it's hard not to. I'm going in the wrong direction! Going to do a new challenge, but more about that later. For now, I hope you are doing better than me and still keeping it in there!!! I'm still confident we can all whoop this and get our goals straight in the face : )
